Personal data policy for TrueMarketValue

TrueMarketValue has specified this personal data policy, to tell you how we as data controller, collect, process and store personal information when you are in contact with us, whether it is on our website, in a customer relationship or after a case has been closed.

Data processors access to personal data
We give our partners access to personal data, including IT-suppliers who store and process personal data on our behalf. We provide instructions for the storage and processing of personal data, which our partners and suppliers must comply with. It is also our responsibility to ensure that storage is in accordance with GDPR.

Storage period
Your user on TrueMarketValue is saved until you request the profile to be deleted.

Your contact information, given in connection with newsletters, is stored until you request the information to be deleted.

If you do not subsequently enter a further contact with us, your information will generally be stored for 1 year from the last contact.
